I had Lisa clean my place yesterday and it was an exceptional job done. Quality of work, thoroughness, efficiency and friendly interaction are impressive. Would definitely recommend Nina’s cleaning company and a shout out to Lisa who does her company proud.

We used Nina's cleaning to do our bond clean after moving to the other side of the city. They are so easy to deal with, which made it easier for us. They were recommended by our real estate agent and I now why, they have done a fantastic job. Thank you very much.

Nina's cleaning were very thorough in both their cleaning and their reporting of how the house looked before and after the clean. Which, I think is great to provide to the real estate for a bond clean. They were easy to communicate with and even organised carpet cleaning through another business to arrive after the had completed their clean, taking out the stress of organising them separately. I would HIGHLY recommend Nina's.

Actually wanted to give five stars till the day of clean. But carpet cleaning spoiled that. Carpets were not cleaned as required by property management. PM and Nina's discussed and Nina's agreed to reimburse the cost for carpet clean and PM opted for another cleaner. After all this, Nina's went on silent mode now, It has been more than one week now, not responding to any texts or calls, no action towards reimbursement. Very unprofessional, not standing by their words. Not expected such things otherwise a good cleaner. Two weeks before, Nina's came back and sorted out the issue. Got my refund as well. All good.
