Was recommended Greg by Premier Pavers because we were looking at installing their permeable pavers and he was one of their licensed installers. He came around, assessed the space and provided a quote which we immediately accepted. Unfortunately, that was the last we heard. Five months went by, with no contact, no follow-up, and no-one returning our emails or messages.Eventually it was Premier Pavers that called to tell me that Greg had decided our job wasn't worth the effort. I wish he had the courtesy of telling us upfront, so we could have made alternative arrangements instead of letting us hang for 5 months.Full credit to Grace from Premier Pavers though, for following-up on our behalf, and offering to help us find another landscaper.

Greg was recommended by a friend and I'm happy to continue that recommendation. Greg turned up when he said he would and did what was required and was happy to make adjustments to the job along the way. Communication is important and the whole process went smoothly and I was kept updated at each step. And he's a good fella. And the job is excellent.
