Rude receiption staff when I called on the phone not helpful very condescending told me to do my own dressings and refused to send a nurse to help even once the hospital provided all documentation required and the hospital requested daily dressings to be done by a nurse. So now I will sit with an open wound and dressing for 48hrs because the staff member thinks I can do it myself even though hospital has requested this service to be completed… Post Acute Care
