Had to take my car to Findon Crash Repairs twice and the customer service I have had each time has been excellent. Able to start work on the vehicle almost immediately and have also been able to store the car on site during the assessment which is very beneficial for me. The work has been great and the car comes back as clean as new!

Great blokes, very patient & considerate. They did two simultaneous rectification jobs, one for a repair done recently that wasn't perfect and another for one done two years ago that has some shrinkage of the paint. Both fitted in at a busy time of year to help me out when the other repairer (check other review) left me stranded. Great job on paintwork & great service.

My husbands pride and joy had 1 factory paint, once Findon put their hands to it, his pride and joy looked patchy, drippy and cheap. I'm sure their affiliated with Welland crash as they use same PPG consultant and argued with my husband that Findon did a great job!Who are they kidding!! I'm not even into cars and I can see the panel was a totally different color!!My husband had to spend $$$ to have it resprayed professionally" with an "experienced" painter.."

They painted my front bumper, got the colour wrong white/ silver (standard Holden Calais colour pattern) then made me pay $150 to repaint it correctly.9 months later paint has blistered and pealing off bumper and they won't fix it!

I booked my car in with Findon Crash Repairs out of a few options available to me from my insurance company. They provided a loan car and great customer service. My car was fixed after only a couple of days; they even worked to get it done quicker than initially planned so that I could pick it up at a time more convenient to me. Thank you to the team.

I dropped my car off and was told that it would be ready in 7 to 10 days. They can’t get it ready due to staff shortage. I have told them that I will be flying overseas and if it is not ready within 2 weeks. They are now looking charge me a storage fee because they can’t get the car ready within advised time. I can’t put my life on hold, just because you can’t get your act together. You expect me to be patient, but turn around and tell me that you will charge a fee. How insane is that. Courtesy goes both ways.

BEST service in Adelaide, I needed my husbands 18 foot boat painted in a hurry so we could sell due to health reasons. The boat came up brand new and they only took 2 days. They went above and beyond to make this happen for us. From initial inquiries to the workmanship to collecting our boat everything was efficient and seamless. I would highly recommend them for any repairs you need doing.

Took my car for a repair organized through insurance, miscommunication between thier staff regarding pick up time. I Eventually picked up my car the driver side was dirty they must have got in and out with muddy shoes. Engine guard under the engine was half loose they either forgot to screw or couldn't screw it back, non of the back power windows working, not rolling windows up and down, the windows locking light is on not turning off got knows what happened. I have to take it back which i loose half day of work plus $40 uber fee each way out of my pocket. Overall terrible experience would not go near them again.

Don’t take your vehicle there. My partner took his car there and was apparently waiting for parts for months. Staff was very rude. Never coming back again.
