I had such a great experience at the store thanks to Devin! I wanted to pick the perfect watch for my partner’s birthday, and he was so patient and attentive the entire time. I got a bad experience when visiting this store and looking for the latest model of Tag Heuer Carrera Automatic Chronograph,The Staff person was rude and was unrespectful to the customer,Feel me not very uncomfortable.So, I decided to go to another store that served me politely and conveniently.Please educate your staff about etiquette and the way they communicate with the customer.This is a good brand watch, but very poor customer service.

My aquaracer was in a need for a service so I took it to Tag Heuer for a service. Watch came back assessed to have non genuine parts and was not serviced. I was a bit shocked but it happens. Called and asked Tag Heuer to replace the non genuine parts and service the watch and was happy to cover the cost. They declined, saying 'we cannot work on a watch with non genuine parts.' Long story short, I was sceptical - as I've had the watch for a while - so I went to a swiss watch expert, got it checked, got it serviced, watch was absolutely a Tag Heuer! Watch is great and I love it even with its non-fully-genuineness! Tag Heuer service - you can do a lot better!

A positive and pleasant experienceI am so impressed by my experience with Tag heuer Sydney boutique. The entire from start to finish was flawless, as is my stuning new watch. I purchased Tag heuer Aquaracer Quertz watch. A wonderful sales assistant, Devin, was extremely helpful and totally professional in his dealings with me. He made my day. Customer service with a smile.I will have no hesitation in recommending friends and family to shop in this store.

The product is really good, but the service is really bad.I went to Tag Heuer's Sydney store to have my watch strap repaired because it was broken.The store clerk told me that I had to place an order for it, so I just placed an order and left that day.I don't live in Sydney, so I had to travel for about an hour and a half.A few days later, I received a notification that the strap had arrived and went back to the store for the second time. And I found out that the strap that I had ordered was completely different.The unhelpful store clerk did not apologize for the mistake and just told me to place the correct order before sending me away without any explanation or apology.Disappointed, I decided to send a message to Tag Heuer's official Facebook page that night to let them know what had happened. Two days later, I received a reply with an apology and an email address to send my complaint.I sent an email describing what had happened that day, but I did not receive any response.Finally, the store contacted me to let me know that the strap was ready for pickup. I had to travel for three hours in total to go back to the store for the third time.The new store clerk was apparently a new Chinese staff member who seemed inexperienced and did not even know that I had been there twice before.The person who appeared to be his Chinese female instructor spoke to him in Chinese without explaining anything to me.I waited for a long time without any explanation or apology.I felt like I didn't know where I was.Although the strap was repaired successfully, there was still no apology for the mistake in my order.I feel very unsatisfied and disappointed that there was no appreciation for my valuable time and effort spent.I was particularly disappointed with three things:1. There was no communication about the mistake in my order between staff members.2. There was no response from the email address provided by official site.3. The attitude of all the staff who assisted me during my three visits was unprofessional.I love Tag Heuer's brand very much, that is why I feel so sad about what happened and sincerely hope that they can improve their service and this doesn't happen to other people.

Bought Tag Heuer Aquaracer Automatic. From the first step I took in the store until I walked out, service went above and beyond. For a female wearing man’s watch, Diana and one more staff really made sure the strap fit perfectly and look spectacular in my arm. And even sent me text message after couple days to ask how am I enjoying my new watch. Amazing service from Diana

Great staff , very helpfulGood watche designs but ....PS : ensure you get your warranty card because some of the watches such as the Tag Heuer Connected E4 has some quality issues with the crown , it's wrapped with plastic , yes plastic ! And unfortunately the plastic can fall down even with out any major sports activityYes Tag is fixing it for free but your watch will be away for few weeks and i still believe if you are paying so much for watch it should be more durableSaying that I love my watch. It looks good , i have a detailed review in my blog and you tube channel , but i believe you should be aware of my and many others bad experience

My partner and I came in to the Sydney Boutique and we’re met by Devin Yue. Devin was attentive friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We spoke about our love of watches and I purchased a Carrera. It was a great experience . Met with a smiling face of Dev Yaltirakli who made us comfortable and showed us the range of Watches.As I had only a particular model in my mind he showed the range and within 10 minutes the deal was done. He is a great asset for the company.Today I picked up the watch and the demonstration went very smoothly . I would definitely recommend this store to whosoever wants to buy Tag Heuer
