I have been visiting Astrid for several sessions to release trauma issues that have been a life long struggle, [65 years.]Astrid holds a gentle safe and nurturing space to that gives one permission to let go of trauma, addictions, fear, anxiety and much more.In the time I have seen Astrid, I have released so much, my life is so much more functional and amazing.I highly recommend Astrid if you want to free yourself of limitations and blocks.Give her a go, you have so much to lose and so much more to gain.Mike.

Mind Body Alive - Therapy & Wellness
I was reserved about how I felt joining up to Mind, Body, Alive but even after the first session Astrid put me at ease. My mindset has changed for the better since starting, I have a better attitude towards myself, my relationships and even general hurdles in life (wasn't expecting that one!) Astrid has a warming way of making you feel comfortable and unjudged. Thank you Astrid for making such a positive impact on my life, I would not hesitate to recommend Mind, Body, Alive for anyone looking for a bit more encouragement.
