Please do not rent the property with this agent. Very fast when chasing rent but when it comes to bond, it took over 40 days to receive it. Unprofessional, rude, no structure when it comes to repair, unfair attitude and arrogant.Note, be careful of Monica from this agentSo terrible in every aspect. If you are thinking of using this real estate - DO NOT DO IT!If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I absolutely would. They did not respond to any of my calls or voicemails. For some reason they asked me for my ethnicity?? No real estate agent has EVER done that and nobody that I know has also been asked that before. How dodgy.......So unprofessional.
