Friendly inspector with good communication. Turned up on time and did a thorough job of checking for termites as well as spraying for pests inside the house, inside the roof cavity and outside around the patio and eves.

I cannot recommend the technician enough. Craig was extremely professional and polite and was a wealth of knowledge answering all my questions with thoroughness and delivered this advice in a way that was very professional. I don’t normally provide feedback but I really felt he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service the best way possible.It is because of Craig’s professionalism and attention to detail that I believe he is the right person for the job. I am also so confident in his work that I am going to be booking yearly pest treatment.And the best part is. The treatment has worked. A quality job indeed!
