Strathfield Brookvale

Contacted Strathfield in Brookvale via email about an Alpine DVE-5300 in-car DVD/Cd player. I received a reply from Glen within 5 minutes(unlike some company's l have emailed and have not even received a reply or it takes 4 days for them to reply). Glen informed me that they did have stock.I then contacted Glen via telephone to see if l could have the unit sent out via express post on the same day. Glen was more than happy to package and send the unit out via express post straight away. After the payment was made Glen emailed me within an hour with the Express post tracking details. Now this is what l call great Service, were you can speak to a person who actually cares. So many company's out there state they want your business,but when you call up you get a person who sounds like they cant be bothered talking to you, and say they will reply and don't. l just wanted to thank Glen for what is lacking in some businesses. Caring staff and for making it happen. Great job Strathfield for employing a great employee.Will l purchase from Strathfield again? Yes l will. Keep up the great work.Rob

I researched an installer and these guys ticked every box. Extremely helpful and the installation went off without a hitch. Highly recommend to anyone. Stacy could not have been more helpful its a pity other businesses have forgotten about customer service. Other places used to have customer service now they do things like have screens when you walk in the door. I just want to order a hamburger don't come to the counter we don't want to serv you go over there. Strathfield Brookvale keep up the great customer service.

Great Deal & First Class Service!Purchased an Alpine Upgrade for my Toyota Corolla which gave me DAB & Apple Car Play. The guys provided me with brilliant service & high quality workmanship all round.I also purchased a new Reverse Camera which integrates into the new system which they installed perfectly.Thanks again I’m looking forward to my next upgrade!

I brought my Nissan Silvia S15 to these guys for a full alarm/immobilser install. I was treated with respect the entire time. I explained exactly what i wanted and they were quick with a recommendation for a high quality product. It was installed in 1 day and I am impressed with the quality of workmanship and the product itself. Will definitely use again if i need more work of this sort done and would recommend to any one needing vehicle protection!

Staff are very friendly and prices are reasonable. I initially intended to enquire about buying a headunit and installing it myself but was convinced to let them install it for me. Took my car in a week after dropping it off first thing in the morning and left it in their hands for the day, received a call in the arvo saying they were missing the radio interface which is required to turn on the Bose amp after I clearly stated that the car had an amp when I paid. I then had to wait over a week for the part to arrive then organise another booking to get it all installed. I now have the system installed but now I've noticed some minor damage around the trim and one of the vent dials is pushed in. I'm hoping nothing is broken but won't know until I remove the trim which I was planning to do anyway as I wanted the USB cables in the centre console instead of the glovebox.

This is only my second ever review. If anyone owns a BMW from 2012 to 2023….go straight to Strathfield Car Radios in Brookvale, and you NEED to ask for BLAKE to do your install. This kid is so passionate about his job, it’s so encouraging to see that this generation still have such amazing attitudes, customer service and love for their career. He is a true ‘Outlier’ in every sense of the word. If you have the cash, ask for FOCAL Utopia speakers with a Helix Amp. If like me you are budget conscious, get the Focal K2 Components in the front, Audison Prima co-axial in the rear, JL Audio VXi 5 Channel, and run a JL SUB!!! Blake will make your presets perfect. I can listen to Andrea Bocelli and then switch to Tupac with the press of a button, and I feel like I’m Rick Rubin sitting in a recording studio. Also, if you own a BMW, ask Glenn to call me and I’ll happily drive to let your hear my system! That’s how happy I am with the result!

I called in last minute for a quick hand with my apple carplay head unit that I was putting in myself. Glen had kindly let me come in quickly even though he was flat out. He ended up fixing all my issues and installing my apple carplay for me on the spot. Best customer service I have ever received and I could not recommend this place enough!!!!

These guys are great to deal with. They made sure I was 100% happy with the installation, and even did a couple of quick on the spot mods, before I left. Thanks Jason and team!One year later and I took my second car to Jason and the team and they're still doing a killer job. Their customer service is spot on and their work is awesome. I have recently purchased an entertainment unit for my car, one that supports both Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Jason was very accommodating and helped direct me to a unit that would work as reliably as possible and fit my budget, he even provided a slight discount to ensure I don't breach my budget. Jason told me from the begging that he will make sure I leave happy! Well, I'll be honest, it wasn't 100% smooth but Jason delivered on his promise and for this I am very grateful.Paul has done a fantastic job of setting this up, all neat and tidy. I did however have issues with the unit not supporting all the steering-wheel features and Jason has promised to fix this and ordered a special connector part at his own expense to get this resolved. Despite their best attempts, this didn't resolve the problem and Jason was very apologetic for this and offered an alternative, higher end unit that is guaranteed to solve the problem, or put back my original unit at no cost. I paid a minor extra amount to cover the unit's difference in cost but all the install costs and accessories were at their own expense. This time this resolved all the problems I had and even provided some additional features that I didn't have before.Yes, it wasn't 100% smooth, but Jason delivered on his promise and ensured that no matter what I am happy with the solution. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Strathfield Brookvale and would definitely come back again.

Glen was very helpful. Had the new release Alpine iLX-507A unit installed in my Hyundai i30.Excellent features such as DAB, Wireless Android connection and voice activation. Excellent sound with the stock speakers. Glen kindly took me through the various features of the Alpine unit on completion of install. Very happy.
