Today I was charged 8 dollars more, time 7:14 amI purchased 52 dollar of special unleaded petrol and fuel rate was 122.9, and we grabbed 2 regular size coffee and and packed of Krispy doughnuts which was worth 13 dollar..I came to know later, while calculating..I paid $74.96..How can I get my money back.

Last night i been to this service station . Unfortunately come across with a Very Rude and unprofessional console operator . I believe that owner of that franchise need no one to shut down his business cuz his own staff is enough to do this .On should avoids going there.

The lady worked here I thing she is pregnant. Always come here to take petroleum and buy other staffs as well.I asked her to give me 20 dollar cash out she said she is about to finish her job cant give me any cash out as she counts her tills. Looks like not interested with job. If u don’t wanna work go somewhere else not just giving customer headaches. Rubbish customer services

Go there every Wednesday night with a few friends for a two dollary coffee and a slurpie serpent. The staff are generally the same at each seven eleven and offer ok service. The key thing here is the state of the coffee machines. Always clean and well stocked. Good serpent levels too.

This is best service station for fuel and all your snacks like awesome coffee and pies and the kids love the ice creams it always has top service and is very clean the staff even have a very talented singer behind the counter which makes you feel awesome on a bad day lol love the voice mate keep it up

Guy on tonight needs to be trained on how to serve customers better. Bad attitude, eftpos not working, he points to the sign. Customers do not know eftpos is down till you get the register. Then you use their atm and pay a $2.50 fee. Get it right, customer service is what beings customer back to your shop. Talk to your customers rather than using sign language with an attitude.

the worker overcharged us tonight by scanning a random item on our bill. Had to come back to let him know he overcharged. The worker also didn’t warn us that the krispy kreme deal was for limited donuts until after we paid for everything. The worker left the advertisement on there despite having NONE of the donuts left that were eligible for the deal. That’s the worker’s way of ripping people off by placing advertisements that don’t apply or adding random items into the bill. How nasty.

Check your receipt. Was overcharged. No apology. Cashier stated he has worked in retail for 17 years and this happens all the time.
