Highly recommend the beautiful caring ladies at Timeless Elegance. They were very professional when helping me with my wedding gown choice & adjustments. They were receptive to my bodily concerns & respectful of my budget constraints. My bridesmaid was given the best service & we found the perfect dress, she was from interstate so that made it a bit challenging but nothing was an issue or too hard. Very happy customer.

Went here to buy a formal dress for my graudation, was met at the door by polite and lovely staff, who helped me pick out a gorgeous timeless/vintage style navy cocktail dress. Was amazed by how well I looked after staff recommendation. Number 1# place in Launceston for anything formal or wedding related.

I highly recommend Timeless Elegance for any Bride looking for her dress for the big day for herself and the bridal party. From the first interaction with Louise and the ladies at Timeless Elegance they went out of their way to provide the highest quality service and were extremely professional.From the first appointment and finding my dream dress right up to the big day every step of the way nothing was too much trouble.As I lived interstate my dress fitting was only done 3 days before the wedding. The quality and craftsmanship of the dressmaker was amazing. They were able to make my alterations in such a short time and made my dream dress fit perfectly.On my wedding day Louise delivered my dress to my room at the Grand Chancellor and assisted me to get dressed. I did not have to worry about my dress as they took care of it until my wedding day.Louise and her staff also made it easy for my bridesmaids to select and have their dresses fitted. Also saving the day when one of my bridesmaids went down three dress sizes from when her dress was ordered. They were very flexible with the bridesmaids fittings as only one of the three lived in Launceston.You cannot look past this business when looking for your wedding dress and bridal party dresses.

I just came with friend to select the dresses. The staffs were unprofessional and rude to us. Louise always mentioned the price of thousands dollars dresses with disrespectful tone and act like these are million dollars dress. They looked down on customers, I don't know where the courage from, they thought it is a luxury brand store, but the truth is that it's a small shop in a small town. Funny thing! Anyway, don't waste your money to this stupid place, especially for people from interstate, there are other options in town.(let's see what she will reply with untruthful excuses.)

I recently came in for an wedding dress try on appointment with Tanya and was so blown away by her amazing service and gorgeous range of dresses. This was my first bridal try on appointment so wasn't sure what style of dress would suit me best and give me the look I was after. Tanya helped pick out some gorgeous dresses based on exactly what I said I was looking for. I ended up choosing my wedding dress that day out of the ones Tanya had picked for me.I was so impressed that finding my dress as made so easy and enjoyable! Also stoked to have found the perfect dress in my own little home town. :)

I am quite late in posting my review, as we were married in 2022However as most people go out of their way to write a negative review when they feel they haven’t had a great experience I feel it’s imperative we start recognising our great experiences.I didn’t purchase my wedding dress from Timeless Elegance although I did find out later that this would have been an option, another business alluded I would run out of time and I caved and purchased elsewhere when I fell in love with the dress.Prior to purchasing my dress I tried on dresses in Timeless Elegance (the staff couldn’t have been more helpful) I went back and asked if they could do my alterations even though I didn’t purchase my dress from there. This was not a problem and the owner Louise and her team worked their magic and I had my dream dress sorted.My short review doesn’t go into the lengthy emails and phone calls and discussion that took place to ensure I was happy with my dress. While others may find Louise’s direct approach unappealing if you take the time to listen to what she is communicating to you she is passionate and caring and will give honest and experienced advice. I would prefer this approach rather than someone telling me what they think I want to hear, Louise is a wealth of knowledge and I feel confident in trusting her experience.I would definitely recommend Louise and her team and supporting out local businesses.

Beautiful gowns and friendly lovely staff but extremely rude and unprofessional owner. Who has bad temper and struggles to speak in a professional manner.If you want a cheap low cost wedding/bridesmaids dress that looks nice you may find it here... But don't get it altered by staff as they will charge more than quoted. I asked how much to fix the top half of my dress and it was $50. They continued to bring me back in over and over because they couldn't fix my dress properly the first time (4+ times). She also charged me $60 to hem my dress up which was fine. I got to the desk and she tried to charge me another $150 on top because they had sewen a few of my beads back on. She claims it took 8 hours to sew them on but I could of sewen it my self and could of done it in an hour..My beads were sewed on crooked on the back (like a child did it) and I had to re-sew my beads on my shoulders because they were falling off as I was walking out of the store (The owner said she would cut all my beads off out of anger because I refused to pay for something I was not quoted or told was going to cost extra). This makes me feel as though she snipped my beads in spots so they would fall off...!!I couldn't believe the price for the poor effort of my dress. I didn't even wear it for my special day because beads just keep falling off..You need to communicate with your brides or bridesmaids if their dresses are not in the store before there booked appointments so that they don't drive 45 mins one way for no reason...Your dresses do not come in the sizes that you've ordered because you've measured my sister's at 28inches and the dresses were swimming on them....Thank you for doing the alterations on the bridesmaids dresses tops for free but you were extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked why they are not the right size that we ordered.. You completely flipped out and couldn't control your anger. It is hard enough getting my dresses finished one week before our wedding..The owner was swearing at me and being completely unprofessional, I couldn't believe it to be honest..Any way I recommend to get another person who has more passion and care with sewing to do any alterations. The wedding dresses are beautiful.
