Moo was particularly knowledgeable and supportive with helping correct poses - awesome learning ground for new or experienced practice goers.I did 1:1 and she was sensational - a must if you love yoga whilst visiting the south coast.

Moo has so much to offer with her teachings; I’ve had the pleasure of taking many lessons plus a tailored 6 week workshop with Moo. I brought my husband along to a lesson where he managed an inversion with Moo on his first attempt. Moo is a real local treasure.

Moo is a caring, knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor. She cares for all her clients. She makes a sincere effort to get to know everyone who comes to her classes. She takes into consideration any concerns or health problems people attending her classes might have. Truly an amazing, inspirational person. I jump out of the bed the days I know I am going to participate in one of her classes. Moo, you rock!!!

Moo is a knowledgable trainer with who brings a unique approach to strength and conditioning. In our 1:1 sessions Moo helped me to build strength in combination with improving my mobility and stability. This cross-training approach assisted me to improve my movement and enhance my technique as an athlete. She also helped me to manage my broader training program to ensure the right balance and improve my training mindset.
