The service was friendly, but the service was exorbitantly expensive. I just paid $45 for my 3 year old toddler to get a trim. Nothing extra, not blowdry or layers or a special style... literally a couple of inches off her normal, wavy, shoulder length hair, and a trim of her fringe.I wouldn't even pay $45 for my own hair cut. Ask for a quote or be prepared with unlimited budget.

I went here a few days ago and I was in there for about 4 hours because they kept taking walk in and also they didn’t do what I asked for, I asked for a few highlights an some money pieces at the front and now I’m fully blond? But if you wanna go here just make sure you have your whole day free because they take a bit but the service is lovely and the workers are nice

I had the best experience getting a keratin treatment today, I love the result! I also love that the product isn't left in the hair like so many other keratins. The staff are so friendly, very professional and just know their stuff. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.

End result was good I have really enjoyed my pink hair, however I believe $600 was way too much. I was expecting around $300-$350 for something like that. Everyone who asked how much it cost me, was extremely shocked. I have been to other salons around Penrith, requesting blonde all over, split dyes,streaks and balayages with all of the treatments and blowdrying + styling and have paid no more than $350. I have no idea why they charge so much more than other salons for a full head of colour + treatment + blowdry and styling... Staff were friendly enough but pretty overpriced in my opinion...

If I could give zeros stars I would! Their prices are ridiculous especially for such low quality work. They will give you one price before starting your hair then a higher price once you’re standing at the front desk ready to pay. They will argue with you until you pay the highest amount possible (even tho they had already given you a quote prior) just so they can hit their end of day target. Very dodgy, unprofessional & selfish! they care more about hitting their target then they do their clients. I should have read their reviews before coming I don’t know how this business is open
