Got a replacement Hlden Commodore VK key fob no probs. Note that if you needa car key cut you need to get there before 3pm.

I needed a new programmed key for my central locking. I had rung AL Northgate and they took me in immediately. I thought I needed to be booked in. This alleviated my anxiety greatly since my car was vulnerable out in the community. Shout out to Wayne who while programming the key came across a slight problem. He didn't let it defeat him. He is an extremely skillful locksmith and problem solver. In addition, has great customer service skills. Two other colleagues I spoke with in person and on the phone were also customer friendly, respectful and accommodating. To Wayne, I thankyou for your kindness and peace of mind you've given.

Ordered 2x remotes for our 2012 Kluger. Both faulty and boot unlock button doesn't work after 3 months. Sent back, now they're suggesting they haven't received them after nearly 2 months and side stepping the situation with no resolution. These replacement remotes are sub $2 on aliexpress but I didn't want to wait months to get it. I would have let it slide for $4 if they didn't work but they were $60 in total for two. I'm now out of pocket and have now had to revert to the painful original remotes from Toyota which the buttons were failing on.I don't like posting negative reviews but I gave them every opportunity to refund the money for the faulty remotes through eBay first, this is more of a warning to other generic remote buyers that the ones from this store may not work. Will happily amend my review if things change with the refund processUPDATE: I understand where you're coming from with the central locking theory, there's nothing wrong there as the old remote works, the button became near non-responsive on both remotes and the boot button didn't work on yours. However, did and still does work on the old one. Seems a frequency issue. The notes are there in our eBay conversation.

Tried charging twice the price until I called him out on it then reluctantly agreed to do the price that is advertised online. Business closes at 4 but the guy who cuts the key leaves at 3.. didn’t offer to fit the blade to the fob which is 2 screws, obviously upset he got called out on the price gouging.

Asked this company to install a rebate kit for the door lock for double doors. The technician installed it but after seeing the door couldn’t close properly, said he did what I asked for and wouldn’t do any more.Had to call Fallons Solutions to adjust the rebate kit at extra cost. He chiselled a few mm from the door so the rebate kit would align.So, they’ll literally do what you ask but won’t do that little bit more to make sure your door actually closes!

Wayne was great to communicate with when I had issues with a car zapper for my Toyota Camry 2000 that I purchased from eBay. Highly recommend their services!
