Always get the cotton t-shirts from here. Great fit and very comfortable. Also they keep their shape and last for a long time.

Went to Industrie DFO Southwarf around 2pm - 2:30pm yesterday 7/3/23. We had a very bad shopping experience from the Lady staff who was working at that time. My dad was choosing a size for his pants and unfortunately while looking for sizes- i guess its safe to say that its normal if the folded clothing will be disorganised while shoppers are looking for their sizes. My dad was approached by the lady staff at that time in a very rude way. Without her realising I was behind her and I can see her making faces and shaking off her head expressing herself being upset about the situation. I understand that every job is difficult but I dont see a good reason why she needs to be rude towards my dad. I believe, if you are working in this industry- you have to be prepared and you must expect that your clothing organisation will eventually be disorganised as it is normal for customers to look for their sizes. My parents work straight off and all i wanted for them is to have a nice shopping experience during that day. But unfortunately, this was ruined by one of your lady staff during that day. If i can make a suggestion, please do not work in a customer service industry if you are not prepared for this type of scenarios to happen. Very bad customer service. I had to tell my dad to leave whatever he was attempting to buy and left the shop immediately as I wasnt happy on how he treated my dad.

Really rude and unprofessional customer service from manager. Refused a refund after being told I could by another staff member (not that she believed me or cared) never coming back to this store. Thanks for nothing

Worst customer service. The 3 guys working there definitely needs to go through a customer service retraining.They giggle a lot!Hire people with customer service skills.Disgusting.

That is by far my favourite place on earth. Levi's, Converse, Vans, Ripcurl, Billabong, Element, and so much more amazing brands that I love. Everything is way cheaper than the original price, and I don't care at all that all the products are last season's, they're still great and there are still a lot of choice. I spend a lot of money in there but I also saved way more as there are between 50% and 80% reduction !
