Very friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate that the staff are always happy to interact with the customer, unlike the other fast food place, nearby.Have never got my order wrong and always helpful in telling me how I can get better value for my money by making things in a different meal.Highly recommend.

Horribly slow service, was the only car in drive thru, chips were cold and one pack was less than half full. Forgot half the order….I was the only car there! Seriously bad service! Won’t ever be back.

You have got to be kidding me, right? I feel like I’ve stepped into an alternate world where slow teenagers pick at their teen behind the counter and clearly haven't cleaned this place since 1986. Not only bad but scary.

Red rooster used to be good now it's both a drain on your wallet and your taste buds. That's that exceptionally slow service and the ability to run out of chicken and the chicken restaurant is beyond belief.

The male staff who was serving me in the drive-thru today was very accommodating. He was very apologetic for the short delay. He was showing good customer service. The spicy fried chicken must be something to try; it won't let you down.

I never really rated RR. That was until recently when I discovered the rippa roll and the fried chicken which have changed my whole perspective. The fried chicken rivals the competitor brand and the rippa is enough to make you cheat on your keto diet to get some of that lectin filled goodness. This review pertains specifically to this store which didn’t stand up to the high standard I’m accustomed to at the Bayswater store. The fried chicken was very oily which I don’t normally experience. And the rippa roll was lacking sauce quantity (it amazing sauce but asked for extra and there was nothing extra about it) and also chicken quality was poor as it was not cooked adequately (not raw but it was light coloured and not crispy) and had some bad poor quality chicken inside. I’ll stick to the other store from now on.
