Nice.

Fabulous product, however very disappointing service. Just drove across sydney to buy a bag. Double checked the closing time of the Newtown store, with website saying 6pm. Arrived at 5:05pm and promptly told “sorry we are closed”. Oh well, i hope you made your budget today because i won’t be coming back! Would have been another $300 in the till.

Purchased a wallet from this store, lasted 35 days and had to return due to bad manufacturing. Attempted to return it on a Sunday but they had decided to shut the shop for a couple of hours in the afternoon when the website said it was open until 5pm.The girl in the shop was reluctant to exchange it even though it was one of their own products. Took ages to find my actual order on her system.Will see how the replacement wallet holds up but I do not have much faith.

Really friendly and helpful girls in the shop and the quality is great.

Really really fantastic service from Bec today at this store. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Really happy with her attention to detail of the embossing on the product purchased. Would definitely encourage me to purchase in store again.
