First time at this newly opened restaurant, Safe to say it definitely did not disappoint. We ordered the cacio e pepe, Norma pizza, porcini mushroom pizza and pistachio pizza for dessert.All dishes tasted delicious and fresh with the cacio e pepe being the pick of the bunch for us. So much flavour from the pepper and pecorino with the pasta cooked perfectly.Pizza was on par with any great pizza joint in Melbourne (if not better). The dough was thin, chewy and full of flavour. Even better with some authentic chili oil. The pistachio dessert pizza was a great way to end the night, blending the richness of the spread and ice cream with that amazing dough.Only feedback was that from being seated, it took 50 minutes for the food to be ordered and arrive at our table, granted it was very busy on a Friday night. The food certainly made up for it - well worth the wait.

Excellent pasta and pizza with great service from the caring and hospitable staff.I highly recommend this place for its delicious Italian food that is kind of like my Nonna’s cooking at home but in a restaurant, and more elevated.Parking can be a bit of a pain but just find one where you can and walk 50m, it’s worth it! Or just get the tram as it stops out the front

Being of Italian background it’s nice to finally have a restaurant that tastes like home and I can proudly take my nonna to!! I strongly recommend. By far the best most authentic Italian food in Melbourne

Just fabulous. Food. Drink. Atmosphere. Service. Loved it. Take a chance on deep Preston. This trattoria on the hill will satisfy anyone with a Sicilian spirit.

Walked in and managed to get a table for two. Delicious authentic Italian food, way better than Lygon Street. They got the basics done right, the red sauce was amazing and well balanced, we practically wiped the plate clean. The crust of the pizza base was baked perfectly with the right amount of crusty exterior with a chewy texture in the middle. Friendly staff and practically packed every time we drove by. Book a table in advance is what I'd recommend.

Beautiful food done well. Very friendly staff and the food just melts in your mouth. Will definitely be back to work our way through the whole menu.

Incredible pizzas. They’ve absolutely nailed the dough, and I’d happily eat the bread with nothing else. Their tavolata martini is fantastic, my wife isn’t a drinker and ended up drinking 3 last time we were there. Ordered takeaway on a delivery app tonight as we couldn’t make it in, and it still held up even after it had gone a bit cold. The prosciutto pizza is perfect.Do yourself a favour, and pay this little gem a visit.

I wasn't sure how to score this so have settle on 4 Star - with below notes. The Pizza's are fantastic - 5 star! With many options for red and white bases. Interesting toppings. Desserts are also winner. Several pasta's were ordered, these were unbalanced in taste, disappointing - 2star!

Food was great and service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Porcini Pizza and the Iceberg salad which was delightful. The waiter's suggestion for the wine was also fabulous as we were not sure about the Italian wines. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!
