Quite embarrassingly, I'm writing this about a year late - my utmost apologies!Quickly wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude & sincere thanks to Michael for his fantastic assistance & first-class service last December when I purchased my current car from him. The whole process was very smooth - he was always prompt in replying, very flexible on viewings/time to meet and tremendously friendly in our exchanges.His service in the post-purchase process especially was nothing short of exemplary, I couldn't be more grateful. Sadly, there was an issue that came up with the engine in the days after taking delivery, which neither he, nor I or the mechanic who inspected the car would have noticed. However despite this setback, Michael was quick to arrange a solution, and kept me in close consultation throughout the repair process.
