NTC Repairs

I was a regular customer here (over 10 years) with numerous cars. Ven is very unprofessional and has now twice told me to bring in a car for service and I would receive a phone call when done. Car was dropped off in the morning and I hadn't heard anything by 5pm. I called Ven to be told yeah come pick up, it's ready. When I turned up he did not even touch my car, saying sorry we were busy. I walked there to drop off and to pick up for no reason as he didn't even touch it.Definitely not coming back as this is the second time this has happened. Once with my car and now with mums car.Look around as there is plenty of other mechanics, might not be as cheap but definitely more reliable and professional.

Contacted Ven yesterday about servicing my car. I was told to bring in my car at 9am-10am. I dropped off my car down the road as parking is poor at location and walked home. My son contacted Ven at 5pm as I hadn’t received and update. Ven said car was ready and can be picked up. I walked there to be told they forgot to do my car as they were busy, even though I was told a day prior to bring it in today. I was very frustrated and all they said was sorry bring it back tomorrow, which I definitely will not be doing. Long time customer lost and will definitely not recommend.Very disappointed!
