Don't risk getting your garments ruined and alterations unfinished at this place!My friend and I took two bridesmaids dresses here to be altered they were supposed to be finished on the Monday and we received a text saying they weren't done and to pick them up on Friday. When we went to pick them up, one was still not finished. No one had tried to call or text us to let us know. I was told it would be finished by the next morning and to pick it up then. So on the day of the wedding, I went back again to pick up my dress to find that it had a big pull in the front of it, but at this stage it was too late to do anything about it, so I took the dress assuming it had been altered. When I put the dress on, just before the wedding I found that only the hem had been taken up. None of the seams at the side had been taken in as they we supposed to have been and the dress was gaping around my top area. The same thing happened to my friend's dress. We had to do some last minute sewing alterations ourselves, which looked pretty bad as you can imagine. But better than having our dresses fall off during the ceremony. Don’t take your garments here, it's not worth the time, money, and the hassle.

Tailors here need to go back to school and learn again. Spoilt two expensive pants and when asked to fix the problem free of charge, absolute denial!. Never coming back.

Wedding dress came back stained. Di not trust them with your valuable items.

Amazing service, very professional and helpful! I had a zipper emergency with my wedding dress, on the eve of my own wedding. Went to get my formal dress altered, Dina was recommended to me. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She was very nice and communication was great. She gave an estimated time as to when it would be finished (VERY QUICK) and you cant even tell it has been altered. I didn't know exactly what i wanted it to look like and she recommended some ideas and talked me through what would happened with the dress.Thank you Dina for the great work!

Had a dress tailored and it came back in a week absolutely perfect. Really well sewn, can’t even tell which part the work was done on. The tailors are lovely people

2 out of the 3 suits I have had dry cleaned here have come back unclean, with stains still very visible. No communication from staff as to whether your clothes are actually clean when they return them to you. Would not recommend for dry cleaning, honestly a top loader would probably be better.

Do not recommend their services! I was told the two set of curtains I left with them were going to be ready in two weeks, I called them one day in advance to confirm that they were going to be ready, they said yes and even confirmed from what time; at pick up and to my surprise they weren’t. The worst part is that I lost my car to the floods hence rented a car just so I could pick them up.I took me over one hour to try explaining the people working that day what was supposed to be done. They had no clue whatsoever, the store is apparently under no management and the regional manager wasn’t picking up the phone. I get told to be back the next day that they would be ready. I get there the next day (yes, I had to pay an extra day on the car I was renting out of my pocket) just to be told that they weren’t ready yet.I come back later that day and the job had been done in such a rush that my expensive curtains were altered to different sizes! One of them has only been cut! Even the lady working at the store couldn’t believe it. I said I wanted my money back and was told only the manager could issue a refund (but there’s no manager?). I got in touch with their HQ prior to contacting an ombudsman along with ACCC but haven’t heard back yet. Shockingly unprofessional! Make yourself a favour and go somewhere else!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous staff! Everyone who assisted me at this business was warm and understanding and simply the best.I had three heavy denim coats dry cleaned and one altered, and it fits like a dream!If you need alterations or cleaning, can't recommend this team enough. I'll be back again!

The team altered my cosplay to perfection at a very reasonable price! Communication was excellent and I'll definitely be a returning customer.
