I arrived for an appointment made through the apple website to repair the screen of my mac. Once inside the man was speaking with a lady, and people talking out the back - no acknowledgment, eye contact, letting a coworker know someone else waiting, anything.10 minutes later he says hello, I explain promptly why I'm there and he is dismissive, rude, and says I've come to the wrong place because at apple it would be cheaper. He can tell this is disheartening information but makes no attempt to rectify the issue instead saying he could do it anyway but he would be ripping me off. What a waste of time, exacerbated by terrible customer service. Just go to apple and never shop here - that's my 2 cents!

This is the best place to go to for any Apple related repairs or even queries. The technicians over there are always helpful and knowledgeable. Just awesome customer service and user's experience. Until just now, when I dropped by the store and found that they no longer operate at the back of the building. It's all incorporated into one shop, where they used to sell the Apple's hardware. With new management team, they now have a new business model in dealing with customers with technical/repair issues. No longer you can just drop by the service centre, had a chat with the technician about your problems and get the solutions plus the estimated cost straight away. It's way too tedious nowadays to send your stuff for repair. You actually have to send in your notebook or whatever, then the technician will evaluate what is wrong with it and you have to wait for 3 to 4 days for them to ring you and give you the answer (p.s. they still have to evaluate any repairs requested, despite the fact that you might know what is wrong with your machine and what type of replacement parts your looking for!). Plus they have a new pricing structure - nowadays they have the evaluation fee, then the labour cost on top of whatever you have to replace or repair for your notebook. Very pricey.... I guessed, I won't be going to the service centre anymore. Such a shame since I live nearby. Hmmmmm...

Took my mac book pro it into these guys and felt that the advice and initial consultation was good and so felt comfortable leaving my computer, which i love, with these guys.My opinion quickly changed and I was bitterly disappointed to receive my mac back, with the original issue fixed but with new dents and scratches. I am positive they were not there before i put it in for repair and it was also the first thing i noticed when i got it back. I take care of my mac and its an expensive piece of equipment that i think i would notice had a dropped it and put dents in it.When i went in to complain, I was told that the screen needed realignment, which is the sign of the mac being dropped. This is not why i took my mac in for service so why did it become a new issue? i was also told its my word against there's. This is true, but really this how you deal with the complaint - Wow! Only other advice was that this won't be covered under warranty, but i can take it up with Apple or go through my insurance. Feeling truly frustrated and now my mac which is only about a year old has been cosmetically damaged. Who knows what else will fail mechanically later on as it seems to have been dropped - not by me!I would recommend to take a photo and know your laptop/device well, before taking it in to this or any service centre.

Originally went in for a quote and was pleasantly surprised to hear they could do the service for free as my MacBook Pro was still in warranty. Expected a handling charge but nothing! Communication was exceptional and they even highlighted an issue with my screen, which they offered to repair (for free) before it got worst and fell out of warranty. Absolutely love the transparency, professionalism and efficiency. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

iPhone 6 started having display issues (flickering, blacking out, red lines) a few weeks ago. I tried trouble shooting with some success it but really started having issues with it just before Christmas holiday season. Couldn't get a Genius bar appointment for a week but heard about the Mac Center (who are licensed Apple repair folk) from the Apple Support page & fellow IT colleagues. I walked in one of the days just before Christmas and got advice. The staff member was knowledgeable, professional, informative and very helpful. Would have been happy to get them to fix the phone but their support depot was closed until the new year so he told me to go to the Genius bar first. Btw his diagnosis of my phone problem was correct! Will be back again and recommending this place to friends & work colleagues.

I booked a genius appointment and Apple sent me here. The difference in quality of service was astounding. The representative had minimal knowledge about the Mac ecosystem and told me that the best thing I could do was to back up my files and wipe my computer and start again. I’ve used macs for over a decade, had a small software issue and just needed my laptop stress tested overnight, so this advice made no sense. Would never go back here. Always go straight to Apple.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAINWent there with a broken Thunderbolt display. I paid for the 'repair assessment' of $99 which is just an absolutely ridiculous price. After a couple of days they sent a mail that it was fixed. Paid another ridiculous price of $216 just for changing one cable. Picked it up, went home and plugged it in: STILL BROKEN!!!Went back there with the display, they plugged it in with a new power cable and it starts working. So it appears that this so-called 'assessment' of $99 has simply been staring at the screen and telling me it's broken. I asked them why they didn't check it before handing it back to me and their answer was simply: Yeah we don't do that

These guy's were fantastic to deal with. I took in a MacBook Pro late 2011 that had sufferedfrom a known manufacturing defect that occurred within the logic board. The staff I spoke to quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what they were talking about. The repair time turnaround was very swift and my mac is running as well as it did when I first paid for it.I am aware there are some negative reviews for these guys but for the life of me I can't see how it is deserved.

They did some work on my MacBook Pro and when I got it back the screws kept falling out. When I wanted them to fix that, they wanted to charge me for a new set of screws. I had always found them incredibly slow before that anyway. They basically force you to pay the extra dough for the express service. Never again. Apple should not certify them.

After going to Apple only to find out it would take a total of 3 weeks to get my macbook pro battery replaced i came to this Mac Centre and they were able to do it in a week! Christian is very helpful and nice, he replaced my screen under warranty as well. Highly recommend going here instead of Apple to get anything major fixed.
