Cash Converters Goodna

So apparently cash converters offered me $10 for my barbell and weights which I paid $500 for, you need to get your staff checked for mental issues

I am a female and was looking to purchase power tools, the staff were avoiding me and preferred to stand around idly chatting with each other and avoiding eye contact with me. When I was persistent in waiting and was finally tended to, the employee was reluctant to answer questions and quick to suggest that I shop instead at a discount store.

Took friend to check if gold chains were real. Busy with line-up to be served waited 15min to 20min wait. Huge carpark with plenty of parking especially disabled and wheelchair accessible entrance. Took only five minutes to get chains checked ( they were fake). They have impliments to check gold and diamonds, ruby's and other things for free wich is good. They don't give you much for gold compared to money for gold stores that pay much more in Salisbury area. No toilets. There are a few seats but so busy we had to stand. More information like work hrs, conditions of entry and internet access in photos. William Street next to McDonalds.

Bought a Sony headunit. Had to bring it back few days later due to the disc drive not working. Wasn’t told about that. The woman behind the desk tried to pin it on me because I used a plug and play harness with it and didn’t get it installed by a auto electrician. because of that they almost didn’t give me my money back. You’d expect that they test devices they get but I don’t think they do.

Have had to replace the same console 4 times within less than a month. They make you pay extra if they don't have something rather than giving you what you paid for. Got told its my fault for not checking it even tho I did got home and 2 days later it's done. Rip off and waste of time. Absolutely hate you guys, am getting a refund and never coming back

What amazing staff. I spoke to two staff members at this store, Charlie and Mike. Both were extremely patient in answering all of my questions about a particular ring. They also provided many suggestions and options that would suit my needs such as re-sizing and delivery options and had a lot of product knowledge. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this store! Thanks Charlie and Mike I really appreciate the time you took to help me.
