Today we purchased a caravan from Kratzmann Caravans. Isaac Shepherd helped us with our initial inquiries, which encouraged us to drive 2days to see the van. He has been very helpful, professional, polite, and made the sale a happy one. We are picking up our van next week and look forward to doing so.

Being a First time Caravan owner had a few issues with different parts of the Van that were not working. Sara was great getting back to me and organising the repairs for me. Job well done. Would highly recommend Kratzmann Caravans.
