We used Vanstyn Constructions recently for our patio extension, installing two Stratco outback roofs and laying two concrete slabs .Matt & Melissa were very helpful and knowledgeable, managing the entire process from start to finish as well as taking care of council relaxations and approvals.The boys did a wonderful job, always turning up on time, working efficiently with clear communication and leaving the site tidy each day. The whole job was completed within a few days.We are so happy with our transformed outdoor area and would highly recommend the Vanstyn team!

Matt and his team worked on adding a patio to our house. From the first consultation Matt showed himself to be knowledgeable about his product and what would best suit the area we intended adding the patio to. During the planning stages we were kept well informed of the process. My husband and I would highly recommend Vanstyn Constructions to undertake any construction work around the home. They were engaged to build 2 outdoor Patios and cement a large area then tile it (about 50 square metres). There were some delays in the start date but once the construction started everything went like clockwork. The workmen on site were all happy in their work and worked tirelessly all day to finish what was assigned for the day. When something was not quite right, we were able to speak with Matt and he would make sure it was attended to immediately. Any small issues (such as guttering adjustment) was fixed promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs some work done around their home. They are not cheap but we went for quality over price. We are sure it will stand the test of time. A great job Matt, Andy, Jack and team.
