Absolute 5 stars to Lynbrook Guitar Store. (Thank you Christian!) I don't remember when was the last time I received such a great service. There are other music stores closer to my home but I'll always go to Coleman's music first.

Once again Coleman's exceed customer service. This is the fourth guitar I have bought from them (B&G Step Sister P90 Tobacco Burst). Lovely guitar at an amazing price.Here's my purchasing experience:(1) Placed order online at 10:20am Wed(2) Received shipping confirmation at 11:10am Wed(3) Guitar was delivered at 10:19am ThursI am in Sydney and received the guitar less than 24 hours after placing the order online with them.This level of customer service from Coleman's is not unusual - in fact this is pretty standard for these guys. It's why I keep spending WAY too much with them.Great guitars, fantastic prices, excellent customer service - what more could you ask for? Thanks Guys!!

This store is great - saw them for all my needs when it was under its previous name years ago. After coming back from my musical hiatus, I came back to them and they put me on the right track to continue my musical journey. Naomi is super helpful and the team there are all very enthusiastic and energetic to help anyone who walks through their doors.

This place has improved from a basic looking music store to something fantastic. I was so shocked walking in to see how the whole store is laid out. The owners have done a fantastic job making this shop something of culture. I used to go to the old Cranbourne Music on high street with my dad since I was a really young kid and was excited to go back and check out what it had become. I was so excited, this place looks amazing. The stock is phenomenal, the atmosphere is so intimidating and welcoming at the same time. Once I'm ready to set up a music space at home again, I will definitely be going back to Coleman's for everything!The service is amazing, I always appreciate a family owned business and to have such passion for the industry and art like this, I would go back just to feel that joy again.See you guys again soon :)

I went in for a specific guitar and had a price in mind. Their best price didn't quite meet mine but they were willing to negotiate to a price that was only a few dollars more than mine so walked away with a great deal. Thanks coleman's music. Happy customer.
