I renovated my bathroom in Dec 2020 and purchased tapware, basin, and other items from Zigell. I was excited with the purchases...but then...The first problem I had was with the shower head....when in use, it emitted a loud squeal. My builder spoke to someone at Zigell and we had to replace a valve...my expense.Eleven months after installation, the wall mounted tap (tap/mixer combo), started popping away from the base when tap was turned on. Thirteen months on, the internal mechanism of the mixer (tap/mixer combo) seems to have broken, and I'm not able to use it.Two weeks ago I emailed Zigell to find out about the warranty. My first 2 emails were ignored. The 3rd was replied to, but not with any details of warranty. The plumber then, apparently, called my old work number. I provided by updated number last Thursday, and have heard nothing further!I now have no option but to waste $$$ on purchasing all new tapware and accessories, as I won't be able to match the tap/mixer,l. I will then have to spend a fortune on having the Zigell items removed and replaced with all new items. Extremely disappointing situation!!

Great communication during Covid times and excellent service in the showroom. Bought 2 Green Glass basins to feature in our ensuite the owner was so very helpful. We get so many comments on them even. Even the builde features them onFacebook pages.

I've had a Zigell kitchen spray tap for 3 years and it's been fantastic. I had a problem with the head of the tap and rang Zigell's 1300 number, expecting to get an answering service.I didn't - I got Paul instead. Paul was brilliant - immediately gave me instructions on how to remove the head (after digging out my model of tap from the warehouse then sending me photos of how the whole assembly goes together). He was incredibly knowledgable and very patient.Absolutely stellar service, highly recommended.
