Had an enquiry about property law. Very knowledgeable about the topic and in the initial discussion gave good advice about new home owners rights when underground power rates are disputed in transfer of property. Seemed very ethical as offered business advice and then explained the next steps including legal expenses if I wanted to pursue, and based on what needed to be done realised settlement between parties is more cost effective than pursuing. So issue was sort of resolved, but I know that arguing my point, even though I'm probably right, wasn't worth it
