Writing this on the behalf of my partner that worked there for them. His name is Paul White. He says ' don't work there all the reviews are right. DON'T WORK THERE. THEY ARE WRONG. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR WORKERS. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY YOUR MAKING FOR THEM'My partner really rates this company a half of star by the way

Pathetic company to work for. Full of backstabbing and lazy Supervisors and managers. Only worried about KPIs not staff. Speak to staff like dogs. Treat staff like dogs. Starts at the top, site manager is spineless. When you open your mouth express your disapproval you're the one with the problem. WHS is non existent. So much needs improving. Full of sour people who wouldn't be hired by other companies. That's why most have been there years and have grown stale. Only worried about themselves not other staff. Tell staff lies all the time. Lie to get staff to go to other sites around the country but din't deliver on the promises that they bribe them with.

best quality beans that I have bought this year so glad I found them others seem to have marks and yucky bit you have to cut out not your good work and thanks we love beans

The worst job ever. All the areas of the company have problems.At the beginning I have to write at least 10 emails to have the induction.Then, the supervisor never registered my finger print to do the logging ( I talked with him every day). So they pay me wrong and I don't have any proof of my real hours.I didn't recive my payslips.. they put wrong my email.The supervisors didn't explain correctly what you have to do.You have a wall" to don't talk and see the other people.. really horrible.The most "experienced workers" did harassment and bullying to my friend without reason. And at the same time a guy quit for the bullying too.The start time change every day. If you can't work 1 day for any reason they punish you and you aren't in the roster for the next day.I have a lot of time working in packhouses and never happened something like this. If you want to work in a hell go there. But I really recommend to don't do it!!!"
