I highly recommend!! I received reflexology from Rosiel, a talented and intuitive therapist. Without direction she found two injury sites, one from four months ago and the other 30 years old. She worked on them until they felt different. I knew right after the session that my hips felt freer which I thought was strange because she had only worked from my knees down but by the time I got home (another 20 minutes) my lower back was also moving without pain. I am astonished and so grateful. Thank you Aromas Wellness Spa, I'll be back :)

I would give 5 stars but the therapist in the cubicle next to me spoke with his client for the entire session. This made it difficult to relax. I was asked to complain at the end of my session. There was nothing they could do. Disappointed.

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for this place as it's the second time I received a terrible massage there. I've paid $85 for a full-body massage and the lady spent around 45 min applying pressure with her knees on my back then finally massaged my back and shoulders with oil for the remaining 10 min which felt rushed. She did not touch my legs, feet or head. I've provided feedback but all I as offered was a gift voucher of $10 for my next visit which I refused as there won't be a next visit.

Some excellent masseuses, however there are also people with zero experience! A mixed bag, so ensure you ask for someone experienced like Rosiel.

Partner and I checked in for 1 hour massage each, his massage was started a good 10 minutes later than mine, he's finished same time as mine, they didn't bother to do his face, shoulders whilst face up. His first professional massage, didn't create a good impression, won't be back

Made a spur of the moment booking seeking relief from some debilitating neck pain. Turned up a few minutes early and was immediately seen by Vanessa.She was careful with her clarifications to make sure she knew what I wanted, not overly chatty for the whole duration but had a lovely chat toward the end, it was a nice balance.Gave me clear instruction for after rather than just sending me away. Really professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

Excellent massage and covered the main issues I have - best ever . Therapist understanding of shoulder and neck problems following long recovery from surgery. Will go back next week.
