Excellent product. Unfortunately, we struggled to communicate with the installers as they had no English. Some things were not done well so another installer came to fix it and he had no English. I was able to communicate some basic things to him with Google Translate, but still we struggled to get the job done properly, mostly around the edging they were using. As I said, the product was excellent, but not the installation. No response to my email to the store that simply outlined the good and bad I've mentioned here.

I recently moved into an apartment and found myself confronted with body corporate rules which limited my flooring choice. Tim's patience, ethics and commitment to seeing the job to a first class completion was greatly appreciated. He and The Hills Flooring Centre definitely qualify for a 5 star rating. I highly recommend their expertise.

We appointed Hills Flooring Centre at Castle Hill to replace the existing tiled and carpet floor with Quick step Impressive Ultra laminate flooring.We removed all the existing tiles and brought it back to original concrete surface.The proprietor, Tim, was there to help us through different brands of flooring. He was very patient and helpful. We ended up placing the order with him because of the good Google reviews and also Tim's friendly character. Also, his quote was very competitive.The installation team was very punctual and they removed all the carpet and installed the 100m2 laminate flooring in ONE day! That includes installing new skirting boards. We were very pleased with the result.We would strongly recommend Hills Flooring Centre as the process from start to finish was seamless. Moreover, they are very professional, from the sales (Tim) to the installation team.

He has the lowest price compared to other shops in Castle Hill. His team was very efficient in installing the boards and the outcome was beautiful and polished.We even had some last minute changes which Tim easily accommodated.We definitely recommend Castle Flooring Centre!

After calling a few places prior to this, I found that the carpet I chose was for a great price and amazing quality! I just renovated my 25 years old house and was looking for options to replace the carpet. I googled for flooring and found Hills Flooring with really good reviews. So, I visited their store in Castle Hills and Tim and his team did fantastic job starting from suggestions, pricing and installation. They lived up to my expectations and their reviews and that’s why they are highly recommended. The installer couple was equally good and did great job including before and after cleaning of installation. Keep it up Tim!
