I've been using bnblinen for about 2 years and will continue using them. I've found Simon always helpful and willing to assist should i have any problems what so ever. Occasionally I may have to swap over an item which may have some stains from the laundry, but that is out of Simons control. He will however replace urgently if needed, he once drove towards me and we met to do an urgent exchange. You do need though to hold a small amount of stock on hand, this will ensure that extra but of certainty. Be assured you will get good service keep in mind this is a small business. It's has helped make me a success in my own accommodation enterprise.

Great team to work with, Fiona went above & beyond to help me when I placed an order late by making sure i got my delivery when required. Having placed approx. 50 orders to date it's confirmed I will always use bnblinen, the quality of linen & service I receive is always excellent. Happy to recommend to other Airbnb hosts.
