Great place, great service.But we wanted to register a motorbike. We took the pamphlet in which showed it was a dirt bike. They explained to us how valued we were, explained if we get this kinda pan that we would be the highest members as we have never been fined or in trouble and we have never had any accidents. They told us how wonderful we were. Then half an hour later they said sorry we don’t insure that kinda bike. Complete waste of time. Then they told us that we could get a cheaper finance through them for the bike. Why would we do that? You couldn’t help us with insurance but wanted our money when we needed finance for the same bike. But we can’t buy the bike without insurance soooo maybe figure that one out next time. But thanks.

Good service. Not many maps as I guess there's claimed to be no need. This may change if we ever have GPS issues.

Wouldn't supply me with an EV sticker for my Hybrid because my membership had lapsed by 3 months, despite being a long term customer and never using the $110 per year membershipFat chance of me EVER rejoining RACQ AGAIN.Automobile club my ar=/_ money making grubs

Just had the need to use roadside assist in Rocky. From initial call to battery replacement was 30 mins. Thanks for such prompt service and particularly to Lockie . Another happy member.
