Disappointing customer experience having higher prices in store vs online. Unable to price match in person with their own promotional pricing.Otherwise I've shopped no problems at this location several times before.

Great selection of games for such a small space, a lot of new releases but also a bunch of the older ones. Highly recommended.

I wanted to purchase Spicy as I couldn't find it anywhere in Sydney but I didn't want to use postage packaging.A friend was in Melbourne for a week and said he'd be able to pick it up for me from Malvern.I called the store and spoke to Zac, explaining to him the situation.I was able to purchase it online but leave it behind the counter under my friend's name.The whole process was smooth and stress free.Zac was courteous, kind, helpful, informative, generous with his time and most importantly passionate about tabletop games! It was like talking to an old friend.Highly recommend these guys. Support you friendly local game stores! :-)

Staff member obviously enthusiastic and knew a lot about all sorts of games (she spoke about having board games nights with friends, trying different games) so certainly worth going in for advice rather than just shopping online. It makes a huge difference when the person in the shop has a love for what they sell rather than it's just stuff" (I used to run a bookshop and loved getting the right book to the right person - it wasn't just about the sale - i think this staff member was the same

Sold me a faulty product and wouldn’t let me return it. The service person was rude. Was a regular local customer always searching for new games for my son, who has ADHD? No longer. You have last a customer.Then, in response to my review, the company lied, saying it was bought long ago and I had no receipt. Hmmm not sure if four days ago was a long time ago, and the salesperson said there was no need for a receipt because he could look up the transaction, which he did. The critical piece of the product was a piece of plastic. There was no plastic in the box when purchased. The product was purchased on Monday, taken out of the box and with the first push on the shuffler, the flap broke. When I first mentioned this to the sales guy, he said, Yeah

Store staff were very helpful and got more out of my visit than I thought. Thanks for the great Batman Lego set that I could not find anywhere else.

Extremely unenjoyable and irritating experience, I bought an item which said it was $14 but unbeknownst to me it was $17.50 when the worker scanned it. Without telling me or noticing, I paid the extra amount for the item and after checking the receipt after I left the store, I returned back and asked for a refund. She gave a whole rant about how she would need to call the manager and the only thing she could do is give me a gift card for $3.50, and blamed it all on the other employees as apparently they have a lot of newbies. I had to suggest to her that this could be resolved if I just bought another item and the $3.50 was subtracted from that amount After waiting for at least 5 minutes she finally managed to work it out and I had to buy the other item just so this whole problem caused by the employees was resolved. Aside from this the employee was extremely impolite the entire time I was in the store and felt as if each query I asked her was a boring task for her to fulfill. This alongside her overall mood and several disgusted facial expressions made this experience one of the worst I have ever seen. Do better Mind Games!
