Ezy As Cleaning services

Worst cleaners ever, please don’t trust these people with your house. Sonia is incredibly rude and will shout at you on the phone when you complain about the poor job done. Also if you look all the 5 star reviews are clearly fake.

We booked Ezy As Cleaning for a Bond Clean for our home. Although the cleaner arrived as booked, we feel disappointed by the job that was done. The property failed the real estate agent inspection. The business representative did offer to send the cleaner back, but we felt that the given the long list of items provided by the real estate agent that needed attention, we prefered to hire someone else to finish the job. We requested a refund but were denied. We feel very unsatified by the experience and regret the money we spent.

Fast and friendly people, would use ezy as clean again

Worst cleaning services ever they are unprofessional and don't actually clean they do a quick wipe and leave waist of 550 and they won't refund didn't do what I told them to do and have also reported them to fair trading

Got quoted $650 for 4 bedroom bond clean and carpet cleaned thought it was a great price came to day of clean and they required an extra 100$ ($750 all up) for an extra person to come help who never showed up ..paid it anyway and it was nothing but dramas from then on clean was absolutely terrible had to get them back twice and it still wasn't up to general standard.. Sonia was very rude and not willing to go back and do the work they were paid to do.. lost bond money, I could have done a better job myself, would NEVER recommend this company!

They are very dodgy, my experience was horrible with these guys. The boss Sonia has blocked me after I have asked her for a refund as they did not do anything in my house. I have reported to Queensland government and I hope no one else goes through this !..
