Wow what a service from Ray. All it took was a phone call to Goodyear Auto Care at Dalby, for some car advise. I am so thankful that Ray picked up the phone. This gentleman was so easy to talk with, polite, friendly and addressed all of my concerns, putting my mind at ease.He was very respectful and kind, regardless of my car being serviced here or not. Ray is just that person who is communicative, caring and empathetic.Ray's service was outstanding over the phone. He knew exactly what he was talking about and quick with his answers. He didn't have to refer to any workshop manual.It's not all about the Dollars, its the Service that one receives. A big thank you to Derick and the team at Goodyear Dalby. My car was registering a tyre problem while I was driving to Dalby, and he made time to have a look at it while I waited so that I could continue on my journey to Toowoomba. It ended up being a sensor issue rather than a problem with the tyre, and Derick took the time to walk me through what the problem was and how to get it fixed once I got home. Not an easy task for him as I am completely oblivious to all things car. Highly recommend this very professional team.

The repair that was done on my Subaru Forester steering has cost us dearly 4months later.I have seen how the repair was accomplished and the mechanic should be ashamed of himself.

Excellent service. Wide range of tyres to choose from & ALWAYS competitive pricing! Great team who happily drove me home & picked me back up when my car was ready with 4 brand new tyres & a wheel alignment.A couples of weeks later i was unlucky enough to pick up a tek screw in one of my tyres - drove straight round to Goodyear who (as usual) met me with a smile & a whats up love". 20 mins later

Fantastic service and excellent assistance for emergency tire replacement. Especially for a person not living in the region and getting into bother out in the middle of no where. And effective with great knowledge of matching product/s would go back there anytime for new tires and service without hesitation.
