Hired these guys to move very little stuff (Half of the stuff were moved already inc. Couch, Fridge and few other furnitures) Rest of the stuff were all packed and boxed by myself, they just had to move from my property to their vehicle which I helped to carry boxes as well, it took about 2 hours. It took 30minutes for unloading at the destination place. They asked for 3.5 hours as clearly it was jusr 2.5 hrs.I do not recommend Gurung Removals to anyone and will never ever hire them again.---Update: Reply to owners comment as I could not reply to their thread in Google reviews.The total task took exactly 2.5 hours, as I was also helping them (in fact I was more active than these so called processionals removalists) and was keeping the time record from start to finish by myself.Their charge was $110/per hour and $50 call out fees (they clearly mentioned this included transport fees).Loading time: 2 hrsUnloading time: 30minsTotal should be 110 + 110 + 55 + 50 = $325They charged us $435So, we as a responsible client were insisting on $325 as that was the fact, but we were not asking for the $35 discount.The driver kept asking for $435 and did not move out of our house until I paid him the made up amount he kept asking.Therefore, I told them I'm not going to refer them to anyone. People should know this in fact.And yes, I have a call log of the first time I called these removalists and I had clearly mentioned the pickup would be from the 4th floor not from 1st as they have mentioned in their reply.

Booked them to help move a two bedroom apartments worth of furniture from Ultimo to Campsie. Quoted 110 per hour and 50 callout fee for two lads and a truck.Booked a few weeks in advance through text. They advised they'd be there between 9-10. Got a reminder message the day before. On the day, the called at 9 and said they'd be there at 10, which they were. Three truck was equipped with all the things needed to move our stuff. The two movers were professional, and worked quickly and carefully. They managed to get everything loaded in ~2.5 hours. The total time is rounded up to the nearest half hour, so total cost was 325.Overall happy with the service, would book again for the next move.

I would definitely recommend their service. I have used their service twice and definitely recommend them to everyone.
