I highly recommend this lovely business. Customer service is second to none. It is full of beautiful dresses to choose from. Ronnie personally sat down with me and listened to what I was looking for with my wedding dress. I'm 45 and looking for a dress that is flattering and fits. My first dress was the one for me. Their lovely seamstress had beautiful ideas on how to adapt my wedding dress to be exactly what I was I was looking for, a WOW dress that had drama and some sparkle. I've also now bought all bridesmaids' dresses, groomsmen matching ties and my stepdaughter's formal dress this week. You don't need to go to anyonther shop.

This was my first appointment to try on wedding dresses and I had no real idea of what I wanted - Caroline was patient, supportive and really listened to me and my family members. I didn’t expect to find a dress, but the first dress I tried on turned out to be the perfect dress!!

Ronnie was amazingly helpful when buying my wedding dress. She listened to what I wanted and brought me multiple options to try on. She encouraged me to even try something a little different which turned out perfectly. A great relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for a country girl planning a low key wedding.

Ronnie is an absolute star, she totally understands how to dress you according to your body and personality. I popped in without an appointment midweek on a stinking hot day and discovered everyone else had cancelled due to heat. Ronnie did a quick survey to understand my wants and needs. She took off and came back with six dresses. The first one she chose was the one I went with. It was a size 16 and absolutely perfect. Not a frumpy dress (which seems to be all that's on offer past a size 10), and something I can use again in a formal situation. I was sorted out within an hour! I have been trolling the internet forever trying to find something I loved within my budget. There are 900 gowns in store in every shape, size and style. None of the gowns exceeds $3000 so chances are you will find what you're looking for right here without breaking the budget. The shop is on the main road and parking can be tricky in peak hour, so take advantage of the parking out back. There are several changing rooms and some comfy chairs for your mum/head bridesmaid. There are also On-site alterations, she's a gorgeous knowledgeable professional, so it's pretty much a one-stop shop. There is a selection of jewellery, shape wear, men's suits, formal dresses and shoes on site too (limited stock). I highly recommend this place and their tip to book an appointment as the whole place generally overwhelms customers with how much there is. The ladies know where to look for what you want and go straight to it. Put yourself in the hands of some incredible professionals and enjoy the experience without the stress.

Amazing service!I booked online for a bridal appointment on the 16.02.23 when I arrived with my mother I was greeted by the owner who was lovely and kind and directed us where to sit and wait for my wedding stylistAll the women there assisted me so much in trying to find the perfect dress for my day, they took time to ask questions and understand what I was truly looking for and I finally said “ yes to the dress”I highly recommend going to this store for bridal dresses and for any formal occasions as there is a vast variety of dresses to select fromThankyou so much ladies

This place is incredible! They have over 900 dresses in stock and they're ready to go. From modern to traditional, modest to sexy and teeny tiny to plus size brides. The ladies know their stuff! You are welcomed in and do a short survey and quick consult so they can figure out what you want. They got my dream dress first go!On-site alterations save a lot of frustration and extra running around.The shop is busy! Despite this, they can and do cater for walk ins. Be warned tho, you're best to book an appointment, there is so much stock it's overwhelming. Let the staff look after you.The prices tap out at 3k. So if you're looking for a reasonable price this could be you. There is additional parking out back which is fantastic considering they're on a main road. Entry is via the front only.
