Wideline Windows & Doors

Wish I didn't choose wideline. Windows and doors are not designed water or air tight. Bifold door was made the wrong way, many service calls to rectify many issues. And after three years I am still having to get them out and fix their windows. Pleas avoid this company. You will be forever chasing them up and then following up on that, it is a constant headache.

The worst customer service ever! I should have listened to other reviewers comments!As soon as they get your money, they don’t answer your phone calls anymore! You have to call 10s times maybe they call you back. We asked them to not deliver the item on a specific day because we where out of the city and there wasn’t anyone to receive the item but not only they delivered it but also they left it on the driveway without any protection from rain while there was a covered are next to the driveway!They told us they will deliver the bifold door on Friday! So we asked our builder to demonise the wall and make it ready for the door! But they didn’t deliver it on the promised day and we had lo live in a house with a big hole in the wall in a cold rainy weather for 2-3 days! They never accepted their fault!I highly not recommended!

Terrible Service and Management, once you have paid them you will get delay after delay or no response for weeks. After Multiple failed promises I have decided to request a full refund which I am yet to even get a response from and a big delay on my renovation.

Product is decent and reasonably priced. However the after sales service is absolutely appalling - i have never dealt with such poor service - incompetent or dismissive staff. Refuse to return calls or respond to repeated requests to get their mistakes rectified.

By far and away the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't answer your calls, promise item is on its way but never arrives. 2 x windows scratched, service request raised but no-one ever bothered to turn up. Sales team blame all other sectors of their business and disown your problem. Out friends warned us about them but we never listened. Stay well clear.

We are in the process of designing our new building. Wideline Paragon range was recommended to us by our builder. Great product quality, made in Australia. Ask for Wideline Paragon range of products! When visiting the Liverpool branch, please do yourself a favour and ask for Ben. Great product knowledge, super helpful and most of all truly pleasant person to talk to. What an asset to the company!!! Highly recommend.

Even though I bangled up my order Ben and Casey adjusted the window after it was manufactured at a huge inconvenience to themselves at no extra cost. Heaps good customer service. Awesome windows.
