The grooming service here is outstanding! I usually hate leaving my girl anywhere without me, and after the initial anxiety her and I both had I knew she was in safe hands! They paid extra attention to her coat and made her look like a whole new dog! Im a happy dog mum and my girl feels great! All the staff in store and the groomers were super friendly and kind I will be going back for sure! And competitive pricing that comes with a smile! Thanks guys!

I ordered some things and paid for the same day delivery. Was really easy and delivery was super quick. However, one product was the wrong size. I called them and they offered to send the right size straight out to them. They included an extra product and an apology note, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service! Which is hard to find these days. I will definitely be going back again.

went recently for a grooming : essential tidy. young girl was polite but the older lady who was working on my dog was rough and forceful with my dog, when i got my boy back he still had some matting on his chest, left with a mild limp and still had tear stains around his eyes and his mouth area and i was charged a handling fee ($15) which i've never received before. my dog has been to many groomers before haven't had an issue with this. But the older lady from my observation from the glass wall was very impatient with my dog and in the bath she dried him using a hairdryer without covering his ears and dragged him around quiet a lot. after i got him him back from the grooming session he had a mild limp for a day which was concerning, i asked them to be extremely careful with one of his legs as he had an fmo surgery done around 2 months ago(fyi i've consulted with my vet beforehand and he gave us the green light and there shouldn't be limping after). when they were cutting around his eyes, they continued to cut around his eyes when he was moving around, shaving right in front of his eyes while he was moving around which is something i've never seen before, conceding. little attempt to calm him down shouldve been more gentle and reassuring. clear disgard towards a dog's emotional distress. highly reccomend chadstone petbarn groomers over them.

I came here with the intention of purchasing dog food.Quite an uneventful task, at least I thought so.I was told they only sell this brand of dog food online, so I'll have to stand in the middle of the store trying to get the mobile version of their website to play nice. Also they can't price match on online orders. Gave up after about 5 minutes of doing this and went to another pet store to buy dog food like a normal person. I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

I went to buy a coat for my dog, and the lovely lady serving me was so helpful, opening the coat to check for sizing. Nothing is too hard. The staff at Fountain gate are always great to deal with

I went to buy some cat food today urgently, and the whole experience was so lack lustre.Not one staff member greeted me, and cashier looked like she just awoke from the grave. I have had better conversations with a wall.This experience reminded me why I only shop online at PetCircle.

All the staff are lovely. Every time I’ve gone in to buy fish/ask questions I’ve been lucky enough to have Kim help me, who is so friendly and so knowledgeable.

Come here all the time my gorgeous weiner dog has an ongoing discount in the store and i love to grab items for her to restock and also for my bun to. Highly recommend.
