Stopped in for an early weekday lunch and our group really enjoyed the experience.The location and view is magnificent. Service was friendly and helpful for a pub lunch. Food was excellent. Recommend any of the seafood items.Would definitely come back if I was on holiday in the area again.

Really, really good food with friendly service and a great view. Good prices too. Most definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area. Four of us stopped in for lunch and we all enjoyed it. My Cheeseburger was awesome and my wife's Fish Taco's were sensational.

Nice place in good location. The staff at the tavern are very nice and accommodating. The campsite is good with a hot shower, bathroom and water tap. Would recommend for campers!

We dined and camped here over the long weekend. I couldn't recommend this place more! Free camping out the back of the pub with facilities and electricity! Such a good setup. The only downside is there are limited grass camping spots, most spots were gravel so better for camper vans. The sites are small but you can make do with a small hiking tent behind your car. The pub has great food with good variety. The Parma was huge and the pizzas were delicious (they just take a long time to cook so they were served separately). The view from the dining area and balcony was also very nice.

Went here a few weeks ago and just remembered how great this spot was so wanted to leave a nice review.Awesome vibe and food, but the staff were the best. Shout out to Keegan and Tia who went out of there way to chat to us and make us feel welcome.Will be back next time we’re nearby!

We had dinner at the Waterwheel Restaurant and it was very nice. The food was good and you cannot beat the view, especially as day was turning to night.Best thing is, if you book, they will actually pick you up and bring you home - no need for a designated driver

Stayed in the free camping - what an honour that the owner allows you to stay for free. Gladly stayed for dinner and we're not disappointed. Local squid was the best we have had. Chicken Parma was great. Such a great experience with local events on a Friday night to watch the community. Thanks Kev and staff - you guys are appreciated.

6 of us dined for lunch, we all ordered different dishes and every dish was 10/10!My parma & chips was amazing. The chips were the best I've ever had. Others orders included the fish and pizza which were delish too.The pizza was large and could easily be shared by 2.Although the prices were a little higher than most other places it was well worth it and we will definitely return and recommend.

Our dinner was so good that we came back for lunch the next day!Grabbed the Slow Braised Lamb Shank and the Prawn Chorizo Pizza and both were served quickly and were delicious. The team were friendly and the atmosphere - relaxed. We loved this place so much we came back the next day for lunch and had the Locals Catch with Chips and the Local Beer Battered Gummy and Chips. Again, this place did not disappoint.The vibe on the whole is awesome, with great music and fantastic service from their staff.Would 100% recommend - I know we’ll definitely be stopping by again next time we’re in Lake Tyers!
