Worst customer service, incredibly rude staff member Jared, the most pathetic I have come across

Big white lady who was soooooo rude, please be human enough to communicate, I think you are being paid for the job.

Lady with black glasses says I cannot change" after I had written the wrong address on an express postcard. She says "I should have known before paying" Does not give me a solution until I wanted to cancel.She does not know how to explain that a customer can amend the physical address and that she can relabel another tracking number on the postcard

Post offices are prime locations where NPC’s tend to congregate. Ossy Park didn’t disappoint.Lost 2 stars though because they can’t stop the onslaught of letters coming to my house for the previous Bhutanese tenants.

Rude service by a lady called Heather. Terrible service, shocking attitude.

People need to understand that staff are just doing their job. Staff aren't rude, but try and explain things and sometimes that can mean frustration. The whole Google review system is a joke. People have the right too reply and explain their side of the story. Hopefully Google will add this in the future.

What to say they're after your money only, (if you took Passport photo somewhere else, anyhow they try to get done there, plus what one staff advice next day the other disapprove and the pain to go through application process again n again, chasing guarantor. It's better choose some other post office.

Had 2 parcels to collect, only option is to come in morning with a tight schedule. Was given one yesterday and had to one back again this morning for the other and told management gets changed often. Asked to give feedback as why packages not able to be put together. Told I f I showed the card would get all but does not help if no card is left. So unnecessarily wasted my previous time. I asked to pass feed back but either will not get to them or they will bulrush it off. Seriously I hope they see this and at least make an effort so as to not make people irate when it simply would have been avoided when addressing feedback from customers: I beg of the Manager keep it simple, packages put together not apart. Please explain if you believe my logic is flawed?

Very helpful customer service, and the ladies who helped me today were so kind.Shocked by all the low reviews - i have never had any issues at all with this post office for basic mailing services. I don’t think this small post office provide all services that Aus Post offers, if unsure i would usually go into a bigger PO in the CBD.
