I have an older MacBook with an internal CD/DVD drive (which is why I like it). It was becoming progressively slow & overwhelmed running newer iOS & Office software. M+M replaced the hard drive, tweaked a few settings & returned it to me within 24 hours a transformed device: started up & ran perfectly first time, all software operational without a hitch; friendly, efficient; inexpensive, honest, reliable, capable…I’ve told everyone I know!

My boyfriend’s mbp got a camera issue and asked them for help. In the first 10 mins of his visit, they proved the previous repair procedures done by another store was wrong (directly called that store, explained what should be right and the technician from that store had to admit his fault). Then these guys analysed the situation, patiently explained Australian Consumer Law to my boyfriend and they suggested to use the law for protecting his rights. By doing as they suggested, my boyfriend got the whole laptop cover, keyboard and battery replaced with brand new parts (thousands of dollars worth) without spending a cent. BTW, they have cute and polite chicken in their yards. So, the Mac Plus More guys are not only super professional computer specialists, but also observant detectives, elite law consultants and friendly neighbours. When my boyfriend came back today with his free almost-new mbp, you can tell he is no longer a customer, but a big fan.

I cannot recommend Mac Plus More highly enough. As well as being wonderful at their job, they are also genuine, kind people who go above and beyond to help, and are lovely to deal with. They are very accommodating and don't oversell what you need to fix your problem. I'm so grateful for all of their help.

I can’t say enough about the outstanding service I received from Harvey at Mac Plus More. I called him nervously last thing on a Friday because my Mac was making a rumbling noise and he was so delightful, taking the time to listen, explain a number of possibilities, checking my backups were appropriate and make a plan, even at one point suggesting he could come past and collect my machine as I live in a remote area and he happened to be nearby. All despite it being the very end of the week.Knowing I was dealing with some extreme deadlines, Harvey made addressing my problem a priority and had my computer back to me, fully checked and repaired in a single day, in time to get home to my island.One thing that I found truly refreshing was Harvey’s care and ability in explaining technical information to me. Many times when you deal with a technician, they are unable or unwilling to take the time to really help you understand what you need to. I am absolutely thrilled to find people who I can wholeheartedly depend on and trust to support and advise me on all things Mac. Thank you Harvey and Mac Plus More.

Can not rate Cam more highly! Cam answered my enquiry promptly & was super helpful from our first to last conversation. He certainly knows his stuff, bringing my old iMac back from the dead, upgrading the hardware & software & offering advice on how to manage my iMac so I didn't get into the same trouble again. There is no overselling or sales jargon here, just good honest advice & the best service going around. If you have any isses with your Mac gear, don't bother going anywhere else but Mac Plus More.

These guys saved my mac after I mucked up installing the new operating system. They ended up fixing a load more stuff and got an old mac running well without it overheating or slowing down. They saved me buying a new laptop so completely worth it. Safe, trustworthy and their assistance in optimising all my apple devices has been invaluable. Recommended.

I would highly recommend Mac Plus More. Harvey and Cam are awesome. My computer knowledge isn't great, but they didn't make me feel silly and explained things in a way I could understand. They went over and above to help me. Such great service.
