While passing by the club, I decided to step in and grab a beer. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the music, along with the impressive sound system, added to the overall experience. However, I must mention that the young lady working at the bar was quite rude and exhibited racist behavior. It's truly unfortunate and disappointing.

Upstairs dive bar with a punk rock vibe. Sideway is a great little venue to catch local and touring bands. Decent beers on tap, staff are efficient and courteous.

Trendy new place in the city, tasty drinks and food, and perfect for a weekend boogie. Impressive sound system too, one of the best in a bar/club that I've heard. I highly recommend checking it out!

I've spun records all around the world and this is one of the best spaces for listening, dancing and drinking I've come across.... genuinely great spot! They also do awesome pizzas :)

Fantastic service and amazing venue. So authentic and down to earth. The staff are incredible and take safety very seriously. They really care about making sure everyone has an amazing time. They also can put together some incredible and unique cocktails. The vibe is immaculate and it always feels comfortable while also being so much fun and getting me out of my comfort zone. I LOVE YOU SIDEWAY!!!!

Hands down best live music bar in Canberra. Every time I’ve been it’s always had such a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. Just one of those amazing nooks in canberra10/10 !
