After another franchise completely mis-managed my removal job Ben Wilson from Pack & Send Mackenzie St Melbourne did a brilliant job. He collected the items, packed them up carefully and went above and beyond in ensuring delivery both inter-state and overseas went without a hitch. Ben is the best in town. He know what he is doing and give a proper explanation of what is happening to your package. I didn’t worry about the package after I left his shop, because the way he explained about, I knew I came to the right place.This is much better rather than going to AUS POST. People work there have no clue about international deliveries and it’s so much hassle. Ben takes care everything. You just need to give correct information.And also he is a nice human being, unlike the robot like people at many other places.

I used to use Pack and Send frequently for years and had many good experiences with them. Recently however, they lost a parcel for over 2 weeks before it finally arrived in Adelaide but with noticeable damage. Throughout the process both me and the receiver had to call them multiple times often to reiterate information that was listed in the original booking. I will never use Pack and Send again and can not recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Ben at P&S over a month ago to learn how we could ship excess luggage before our vacation continued on to New Zealand. He was always quick to correspond and always provided helpful hints and “how to do it better” information. In the end, we saved money over our original estimate and shipped even more luggage than planned. WOW! What a team of professionals! From the franchise owner, Ben, to his assistants, Phil, and Steph, everyone at Pack and Send Mackenzie St, Melbourne, made the difficult task of packing and sending my boxes (39 of them !!) interstate so much easier. The online form was easy to complete, the estimate was quick (less than 30 mins later) and was very reasonably priced – and my boxes were collected within 24hrs and were sent off on that same day.
