Last minute late night feed and they were lovely. Cooked it as quick as they could and were very friendly :)

Crust balaclava is the best pizza experience I ever had. From hygiene toperfection everything was bang on. Timing was perfect.Staff was helpful in suggesting pizza according to mytaste. Best pizza in Melbourne! Awesome crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients . I had the truffled -flavored pizza which really tasted like truffle, along with Basil, parsley and porcini mushrooms (they were very nice to accommodate a substitution to make it vegetarian). Could have been the best pizza of my life!!! My friend had the Garlic prawn pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, peppers and feta cheese, which he also loved. All of our plates were completely empty at the end of this great meal!Overall 5 star for all the experience had. Crust balaclava will always be my go to pizza place.

Excellent. I order the large 11 inch pizza's, mostly the margherita or capricciosa and sometimes the hawaiian and they are $15 which is good value. I order online and pickup 10-15 minutes later, i have never had issues with quality or service

Ordered off UberEats it’s the worst Crust restaurant I’ve ordered from. The small cup of carbonara was literally half empty, had about 3 tiny pieces of bacon and tasted bad (I no joke ordered this exact same menu item from the Crust in Werribee 3 nights before and it was delicious and was delivered in a proper takeaway container and about 3 to 4 times the size .. it was actually the size that crust advertises it to be). I also ordered the scrolls and they were a joke, about half the size as in the picture and burnt.

Never have had an issue with this crust both delivery wise and in store service, they always offer compromises if they don't have a certain thing in stock. Always get the pesto chicken club, there cheesy garlic bread and ice cream are always a good side option. Great staff too.

The non lamb Mediterranean pizza definitely taste like lamb,but the team at Crust ensured me that it wasn’t meat. I was very surprised! If meat taste like mea but isn’t meat, means that vegetarians can enjoy their pizza knowing it’s plant based.This pizza also had a sharp piece of plastic in it which lucky I didn’t bite into it. I pulled it put of the cheese. The team are investigating this issue so I am happy that they took the time to look into it.They gave me credit for this which I was not expecting. But glad because I still love their food despite this issue with the plastic in the food.

Good pizza, but delivery arrived lukewarm, not hot like other delivery services. Check operator/driver is supplied correct tools for the job. But pizza quality is good
