I had never been to the edit before, but i went in last week to get foils on the top half of my hair and around my face on top of my extensions and I had the pleasure of having Kim do my hair! She was so friendly and explained how she was going to foil my hair. She did such a fantastic job and they blend with the colour of my extensions so well!!Thanks so much Kim.

Really disappointed. I wanted curls for my graduation and it just looked like messy hair that I could of easily done at home. I’m paying for professional treatment, and overall ruined my night. Never coming to this salon again unfortunately.

I am genuinely disappointed.My sister and I booked our appointments months ago and were so excited to get our hair done together. She had never had her hair done before and I had only had mine done in a salon once before.Because of this, we weren’t sure what to book and the booking online was very confusing about what we should book as it doesn’t have descriptions or anything.When we got there, the hairdresser sat us down and asked what we wanted and we were immediately told that they didn’t have time for both of what we wanted. We were offered an all over colour and cut. I asked if I could drop my colour and give the time to my sister so she could have what she wanted as she had never had her hair done before and I didn’t want her to regret what she had done. I also was not interested in getting an all over colour because it was not what I wanted.The stylist came back and said if I had nothing, then she’d have time for my sister.The stylist cut her fringe and didn’t ask her if she liked it before starting the colour. She coloured her hair, said she’d be back to check and didn’t come back for a while.She then was very rough with my sisters hair when applying the all over colour after the foils and my sister is still saying she has pain because of it.She continued throughout the whole appointment to berate my sisters hair and her choices of products. She didn’t put it gently, didn’t reassure my sister, just told her, it feels sticky and knotty. It could have been put a bit nicer.The fringe has ended up uneven which we didn’t notice until we got home.The stylist didn’t really seem interested in chatting with us. She complained to my sister about wanting to go home, and didn’t even smile when she approached to greet us. She told us multiple times that the reason she had no time was due to someone calling in sick.I understand that we booked the wrong service. But it isn’t easy to book as a novice who doesn’t know what these things mean if you don’t add a description.My sister was so anxious and distraught at the end that she couldn’t say anything to even me.It also is not a customers problem if someone called in sick. We shouldn’t be disadvantaged because of a staffing problem. We drove 40 minutes to this salon to be told, sorry we don’t have time.Honestly the most appalling service I have ever received in my life.

Was booked an appointment for hair cut- went it and was told they have booked the wrong service and should have been restyling and that they don’t have time for re-styling hair.Asked me to re/book for next day. They don’t have ideas, I had special event that night ti attend. Truly disappointed ☹️ ( previously 2016 went for hair colour I was charged $350 but still didn’t get the hair colours I had in mind instead, I was left with orange hair) price are given differently in the website and they charge over in the salon. Please be aware it’s a ripoff salon. Unprofessional:not experiencedGot a better service by TAFESA :students

Been here multiple times and everytime it's been disappointing. My first experience was terrible, after growing my hair out for five years and getting it healthy before going deciding to go blonde again the girl completely ruined my hair and didn't do it anything like I asked, they tried to fix it, my second experience still wasn't what I wanted but didn't look to bad and the third my hair is three different colours and my regrowth is still showing. The washing experience is painful as their not gentle and I'll never come here again.

Was really disappointed with the service I received today, asked for a trim and long layers and what I got was far from that. I understand if hairdressers aren’t confident with thick, curly hair but that doesn’t mean my service has to be subpar. By then end of the cut, my hairdresser seemed like she was over it and basically shooed me out. I will now have to look elsewhere for someone to fix my hair but I will not be coming back.

I had a keratin treatment with Holly. Excellent service with good conversation. I like to talk but also enjoy reading during long appointments and I felt that Holly allowed me to do both. She took a lot of care applying the treatment. I'm yet to wash it out but I'm sure the results will be great!
