Highway Caravan Centre

We might have waited 12 months for our van but certainly worth the wait. The van is excellent. Handover from Brian was excellent, coomunication with Nicole throughout the wait period was great.

I called to enquire about leaving my caravan there on consignment and was asked to email through some pics which I did and someone would get back to me. When I hadn't heard back I rang again on the 4th day and was told by Brendan he would talk to the sales manager and call me back which he didnt so again i called back to days later to be promised a call back the same day by Brendan again which I am still waiting for nearly 2 weeks later.Judging by another review I read this seems that its not the first time Brendan has promised a call back on more than one occasion which has never happened. Surely short of staff can not be a reason for such poor customer service. If you can't follow through with what has been promised more than once then don't promise and be honest.

We picked up our van on Friday and were told the ac and other appliances were all tested, but only for a few minutes. When we got home and started the ac, a loud vibration noise from the ac was heard after about 5 mins! Obviously being disappointed we are glad to report that when we contacted the Hwyway Caravan team, Ben and Glen were quick to act and arranged for the ac to be repaired at our premises. Thanks guys and hoping this is the service we can always expect.

Our journey with Highway Caravans was a nightmare from the time we signed the contract, purchasing our retirement dream Crusader Caravan.When we had a major problem they didn't want to help. Endless phone calls and emails never returned. Lack of care and service. Thank goodness Crusader Campbellfield came to our rescue, fixed the problem and restored our dream.I would highly recommend going the extra distance to purchase a Crusader Caravan from Michael at Campbellfield. Better service, better care.To add Highway Caravans did nothing to help with getting the issues resolved, wouldn't even return calls nor did they even go to look at the van when requested to by Crusader at Campbellfield. Disgusting!

We recently took delivery of our Gator X. We couldn’t be happier with it and the handover day. Brendan at HCC was very accommodating and answered all my questions on the day and throughout the build process. The day I picked up the caravan he made sure everything was right for the handover and it was, great job.

Our van was booked to have a diesel heater and an extra battery installed for 3 months with another caravan company who unfortunately let us down. After ringing around we could not find anyone who could do the work within the timeframe we needed. Thankfully we found the Highway Caravan Centre who were able to squeeze us in. We were impressed with quality of the installation. their attention to detail and the effort the team went to in making sure we were happy with their work.Thanks to the whole team at Highway Caravan Centre but a special thanks to Nicole, Ben and Glen for looking after us. We will definitely be back in the future.

We had been looking for several years and we had found and purchased the Crusader Palace for the needs of our family. The staff and service were great and to get our van in 4 weeks was even better. The handover was excellent as the staff made sure they went through everything with you.
