Small business, great and easy dealing with them.

Not the greatest experience. Had our fence fall down and took them over a month and a half to organise despite neighbours all being ready.

They mainly deal with residential property but also commercial buy sell rent and strata services.A small friendly helpful team.

I have rented an apartment with this agency from 2018 till 2021. I have been a good tenant, inspections were always passed as I kept the apartment in great condition and clean, rent was also paid. Once Covid hit, I experienced some financial hardship and got behind on rent 3-4 weeks. The agent (Alesya James) decided to evict me and treated me very poorly with no empathy at all even though I was willing to pay it off. Agency didn't care at all about my situation of 1. not having anywhere to go with such short notice during Covid and 2. having a sick mother who was about to go into serious surgery. If not for the empathy of another agency, I would have been out on the street with my sick mother who was in need of 24hr care.Prior to this, the director of the agency, Paul Rados, has entered the property with his own key while I was sleeping, with no prior notice and no knocking. He had entered the property illegally in order to threaten me, because I was 3 weeks behind on rent at the time. (I sleep with a knife and he was lucky it was morning as he could have gotten stabbed).One night, while I was packing up my final things to move out, the agent Alesya had also come around to the property between 9pm - 12am and entered by her own key, with no prior notice or knocking, despite agreeing that I would return the key the next day. Both occurrences completely frightened me as I have gone through a traumatic burglary in the past.After almost 3 years of being a good tenant, I deserved much better treatment than I have received. The way I was treated was shocking, and the lack of empathy and professionalism has made me start studying property services on the side of my actual studies, so that I am better equipped in knowledge to protect myself from agencies" like these in the future."

Very disappointed in the level of professionalism with this company. They have been unresponsive to my e-mails and calls for the last six weeks for some unsettled deposits that are supposed to be refunded to me. I have contacted consumer affairs in regards to their lack of professionalism and communication. Future renters beware and avoid this rental property group!!!
