Johnny worked through the process to get us DA approval with a Council that is extremely difficult. The team stayed focused through the long process which finally resulted in us getting approval for the design we wanted.

Johnny and the staff at Trident Design & Construction are meticulous, at no time did we feel dissatisfied or in-the-dark during the entire process. The entire project from initial discussion of the project to the final drawing was smooth. As tough as our council is, Johnny overcame many of their hurdles with ease. My husband and I always dreamt of building our dream home. We bought a house in Roselands in Sydney 10 years ago hoping to knock down and rebuild in the future.Since we had a large block of land we thought of building a dual occupancy to maximise our investment. But we were dealt with a few road blocks. Our precious parcel of land was an irregular shape and building a duplex was going to difficult. Our council guidelines for a dual occupancy stated we couldn’t do it, neighbours told us it would be impossible, one of the largest project homes in Sydney didn’t even look twice and told us it couldn’t be done. We were shut down before we even started!Then we met Johnny from Trident, who took on our dream of building a duplex. It was risky but Johnny reassured us that he would do whatever it takes to make it a reality. We worked days, weeks and months together designing our new home that could work with the shape of our block of land. There were many council meetings, phone calls and months of hard work. Johnny didn’t give up on us. Finally after all those months of sweat and tears we got a call from Johnny with some unbelievable news. “It’s Approved” he said. We nearly fainted and couldn’t believe that our dream will soon become reality. We did it! Johnny did it! We can now look forward to building our dream home and investment which I’m sure will bring more hard work but it will be all worth it in the end.
